Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Albino Ackermann took the kick off in the first half of the match. Chollay's José Ignacio Bascur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elodio Somoza in the 3rd minute of play. Sebastian Ledochowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute, Albino Ackermann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Cobreloa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Atlético Cobreloa's Sebastian Ledochowski got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 17 minutes into the game, when Amato Mery put in a rough tackle. Atlético Cobreloa:s Baraquiel Adriazola showed great skill when he stopped Abundio Elorreaga:s penalty. After some careless play in the Atlético Cobreloa defense, Erasmo Otava kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baraquiel Adriazola. The Atlético Cobreloa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baraquiel Adriazola should have stopped the shot. Albino Ackermann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Ignacio Bascur having to interfere. José Ignacio Bascur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Ackermann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mónico Alenk took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Baraquiel Adriazola. Baraquiel Adriazola dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gonzalo Bugueño stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baraquiel Adriazola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quintén Marcó in the 53rd minute of play. When Albino Ackermann fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Cobreloa's protests and gave Albino Ackermann a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th match minute, Atlético Cobreloa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Ackermann to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Atlético Cobreloa's Albino Ackermann dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. The supporters of Chollay booed when Atlético Cobreloa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefano Carvajal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atlético Cobreloa's Cristóbal Victoriano got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristóbal Victoriano's late challenge caught a Chollay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristóbal Victoriano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 70th minute, Cristóbal Victoriano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, Atlético Cobreloa's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Bugueño came free, but Baraquiel Adriazola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Ignacio Bascur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Ackermann in the 79th minute of play. Baraquiel Adriazola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erasmo Otava, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. José Ignacio Bascur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albino Ackermann went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Sebastian Ledochowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. José Ignacio Bascur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albino Ackermann's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, José Ignacio Bascur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The Chollay fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Atlético Cobreloa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
