Polcura's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lenadura AFC the free kick. Matias Irizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Carmona in the 20th minute of play forced Lenadura AFC's goalkeeper Alonzo Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hernán Neira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Irizar having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lenadura AFC's zone, Ceferino Sierralta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonzo Mora came out of the goal and Ceferino Sierralta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Polcura's Xamín Horta got his second yellow card of the match in the 46th minute. The referee ordered Xamín Horta off the ground. A collision led to Polcura getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Xamín Horta hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Ceferino Sierralta made the kick off in the second half. Ceferino Sierralta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Polcura's David Israel Barbosa got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Guillermo Cea kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Normando Reccius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Matias Irizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matias Irizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Normando Reccius, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. If Ceferino Sierralta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hernán Neira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Irizar having to interfere. Normando Reccius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Irizar having to interfere. Hernán Neira struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Matias Irizar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lenadura AFC. Lenadura AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Normando Reccius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute Lenadura AFC were awarded a corner. Sebastiano Falconi went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Lenadura AFC's Sebastiano Falconi to fire away a dangerous shot which Matias Irizar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Emiliano De la Cuadra's late challenge caught a Polcura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emiliano De la Cuadra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, one of Lenadura AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lenadura AFC. When the match had been going on for 97 minutes, Polcura's Emmanuel Herdoyza got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alonzo Mora. The Polcura players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lenadura AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
