An unexpectedly hard shot by Romildo Maturana in the 3rd minute of play forced Campanacura AFC's goalkeeper Peio Solo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peio Solo made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Hernán Ruiz Tagle sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Plácido Castex in the 8th minute of play forced Pilmaiquen's goalkeeper Josías Agudo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the game, one of Pilmaiquen:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Peio Solo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romildo Maturana in the 16th minute of play. After 18 minutes, Alirio Denton made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Pilmaiquen's Josías Agudo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Josías Agudo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Plácido Castex in the 24th minute of the match. Campanacura AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alirio Denton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hernán Ruiz Tagle ran back to his position shaking his head. The Pilmaiquen fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Campanacura AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
