Spectators: 6701 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Balendín Salin got the match started through his kick off. Inocencio Jons received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Rutenio Mast tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Balendín Salin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Quintén Fridman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Trincao's Balendín Salin, in the 11th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Trincao. 0-1 became the score in the 15th minute when Balendín Salin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Seran Moreno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Balendín Salin in the 19th minute of the match. After 21 played minutes Trincao got a freekick which was hit by Balendín Sales. After a rather tough play, Trincao's Pedro Goncalves got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Herminio Moroni was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 23rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 26 minutes into the game, Tamariz Puente recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rutenio Mast. Tamariz Puente showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. A collision led to Laredo getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Nereo Rebolledo hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Natanael Gatica shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Seran Moreno showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sansón Manzanares charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sansón Manzanares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Laredo getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Sansón Manzanares hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Laredo's Nereo Rebolledo got a free kick in the 36th minute. Balendín Salin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seran Moreno having to interfere. When Quintén Fridman came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Trincao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quintén Fridman couldn't finish the play. Seran Moreno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Balendín Salin's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Pedro Goncalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Balendín Salin in the 64th minute of play forced Laredo's goalkeeper Seran Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sansón Manzanares was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 65 minutes had been played. In the 66th match minute, Laredo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sansón Manzanares to maneuver through the defense. When Balendín Salin came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Trincao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Balendín Salin couldn't finish the play. Inocencio Jons might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rutenio Mast. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Inocencio Jons ran back to his position shaking his head. After 75 played minutes, Trincao's Renato Boonen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Seran Moreno came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trincao reached it. Balendín Salin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seran Moreno having to interfere. 79 minutes into the game, Quintén Fridman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trincao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Laredo the free kick. A collision led to Trincao getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Quintén Fridman hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Laredo's Inocencio Jons got a free kick in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Laredo's zone, Balendín Salin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Seran Moreno came out of the goal and Balendín Salin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 89 minutes, Quintén Fridman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trincao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Quintén Fridman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trincao's Balendín Salin got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Trincao were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Laredo to leave the ground with a draw.
