Chancon FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benito Soza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Benito Soza put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Maurín Bugueño. Juan María Lama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Chancon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Soza came free, but Maurín Bugueño reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pachingo walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
