Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mercurio Fernández kicked off to start the match. Héctor Galdos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the match, Mercurio Fernández had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adelmo Marchant. Tacata's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mercurio Fernández was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Bermejo Eguiluz hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Raúl Villela hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The supporters of Tacata booed when Puntillas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Fernando Adelsdorfer didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Tacata's Celedonio Salcedo tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After having played for 24 minutes, Txomin Patiño managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puntillas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Txomin Patiño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mercurio Fernández sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Raúl Villela fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Puntillas AFC's protests and gave Raúl Villela a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tacata booed when Puntillas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raúl Villela didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Héctor Galdos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tacata's supporters rose to their feet, but Héctor Galdos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salamón Bishara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Tacata's Bartolomé Montesinos got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 48th minute Txomin Patiño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adelmo Marchant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

If Bertrán Lorca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bertrán Lorca came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Tacata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertrán Lorca couldn't finish the play. If Txomin Patiño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salamón Bishara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Héctor Galdos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Txomin Patiño could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Adelmo Marchant made a huge save. In the 82nd minute of the match, Txomin Patiño got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adelmo Marchant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Puntillas AFC booed when Tacata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremías Puente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salamón Bishara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Héctor Galdos, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The Tacata fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Tacata's Bertrán Lorca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Puntillas AFC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
