Lino Fabres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincente Florido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute of the match Huiscape got a corner. Guapi AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Toni Bertrand ran over to the corner to take the kick. Huiscape's Guillermo Ahues was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lino Fabres in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 20th minute, Jeraldo Barrasa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Huiscape's Regino Cea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Huiscape from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Huiscape's goalkeeper Regino Cea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vincente Florido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Lino Fabres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, Guapi AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Alen to maneuver through the defense. Arcadio Roques charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arcadio Roques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th minute, Arcadio Roques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Guapi AFC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Renato Turres hit a great ball. Regino Cea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Txomin Airola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Faustino Olivos struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Regino Cea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guapi AFC. Regino Cea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txomin Airola in the 55th minute of play. Faustino Olivos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Regino Cea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Faustino Olivos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 69 minutes of play, Guapi AFC's Txomin Airola made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Regino Cea was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincente Florido in the 74th minute of play forced Guapi AFC's goalkeeper Lino Fabres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Guapi AFC booed when Huiscape was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ambrosio Barrasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Txomin Airola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Olivos kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Vincente Florido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Lino Fabres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Txomin Airola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Txomin Airola in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Regino Cea saved Huiscape from getting behind. After 94 played minutes Guapi AFC got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Alen. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Guapi AFC had won after a very even match.
