Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Ancollo AFC's Adrián Vodanovic started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Haroldo Almonacid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Angulo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evelio Angulo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Matau's Haroldo Almonacid shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. When Axel Blanco came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Ancollo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Blanco couldn't finish the play. In the 13th minute, Matau's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Alcadio Santibañez fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Evelio Angulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Ayarza in the 15th minute of the match. After 16 minutes of play, Matau's Haroldo Almonacid made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evelio Angulo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 22 played minutes Ancollo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Docal. Ancollo AFC's Adrián Vodanovic got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 31 minutes, Adrián Vodanovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ancollo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrián Vodanovic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 32 minutes, Gerard Delgadillo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matau and the Ancollo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Alcadio Santibañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After having played for 53 minutes, Adrián Vodanovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ancollo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adrián Vodanovic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Haroldo Almonacid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matau's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Almonacid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evelio Angulo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 70 minutes into the match, Matau's goal looked a bit too open when Alcadio Santibañez came free, but Demesio Canal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ancollo AFC's zone, Leopoldo Ayarza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evelio Angulo came out of the goal and Leopoldo Ayarza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Leopoldo Ayarza made a precise shot to the right of Evelio Angulo. Ancollo AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Haroldo Almonacid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matau's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Almonacid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evelio Angulo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Evelio Angulo made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Haroldo Almonacid sent off a good shot on target. Mercé Montalva's late challenge caught a Matau's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mercé Montalva helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, Ancollo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mercé Montalva to maneuver through the defense. Matau's Demesio Canal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alcadio Santibañez in the 88th minute of play. Leopoldo Ayarza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evelio Angulo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Evelio Angulo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leopoldo Ayarza went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Matau's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
