In the 41st minute, Alcadio Santibañez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Alvar Allison came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the U. de Chile F.C S.A fans jumped to their feet. Hernán Cattalán was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vicent Quera didn't quite understand what happened when in the 64 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alcadio Santibañez in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernán Cattalán saved U. de Chile F.C S.A from getting behind. In the 71st minute Alvar Allison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Angulo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernán Cattalán came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ancollo AFC's Alcadio Santibañez. But to his dismay, Alcadio Santibañez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvar Allison in the 84th minute of play forced Ancollo AFC's goalkeeper Evelio Angulo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, U. de Chile F.C S.A's goal looked a bit too open when Adrián Vodanovic came free, but Hernán Cattalán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
