The supporters of Toculla FC booed when Chullumpire AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Angulo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Hernánde Oquendo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romualdo Grove's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Romualdo Grove struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Miguel Hernánde Oquendo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chullumpire AFC. In the 35th minute, Celestino Baesler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 played minutes Toculla FC got a freekick which was hit by Demesio Ferreccio. Esteban José Galdos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Quiroz in the 42nd minute of the match. After 80 played minutes Toculla FC got a freekick which was hit by Pío Lawrence. Chullumpire AFC's Felipe Iriart managed to work through Toculla FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Felipe Iriart dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romualdo Grove in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Hernánde Oquendo saved Toculla FC from getting behind. After 88 minutes, Demesio Ferreccio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Toculla FC and the Chullumpire AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Demesio Ferreccio kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Miguel Hernánde Oquendo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romualdo Grove, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pío Lawrence hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Adolfo Quiroz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esteban José Galdos having to make a save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Chullumpire AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
