Spectators: 6708 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1708, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Paco Gilberto kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Paillahue's César Saldaña got a free kick in the 13th minute. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Paillahue's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Virgilio Estay was slow to take the kick. During this time Millantu's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Millantu's corner Virgilio Estay fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and David Puyo quite easily take care of the ball. After 17 played minutes Paillahue got a freekick which was hit by Tobías Soriano. Paillahue's Sandro Leay got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Paco Gilberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eustaquio Olarra kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Virgilio Estay sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Paillahue's David Puyo didn't even have to move. After a rather tough play, Paillahue's Tobías Soriano got a free kick in the 34th minute. Quintén Ballesteros who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of David Puyo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 37th minute of the match, Quintén Ballesteros got a very nice opportunity to score, but David Puyo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ever Passalacqua in the 39th minute of play forced Paillahue's goalkeeper David Puyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Millantu's goal looked a bit too open when Paco Gilberto came free, but Humberto Anaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Paillahue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandro Leay to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 54th minute, Sandro Leay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto Anaya was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eladio Mascayo in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Puyo saved Paillahue from getting behind. 62 minutes into the game, Paco Gilberto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Humberto Anaya. Paco Gilberto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Humberto Anaya made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sandro Leay in the 65th minute. After having played for 69 minutes, Paco Gilberto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paillahue's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paco Gilberto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Humberto Anaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paco Gilberto in the 72nd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Humberto Anaya successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Eladio Mascayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paco Gilberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
