Patxi Marholz started the match with the kick off. Patxi Marholz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Disvandis Albrecht in the 11th minute of play forced Monserrat FC's goalkeeper Calvino Casos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Hermelando Abarzuza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monserrat FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermelando Abarzuza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Magdaleno Lea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucián De Rurange in the 28th minute. Disvandis Albrecht struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Calvino Casos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaitani. Tobías Paul's late challenge caught a Guaitani's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobías Paul helped the player get up and apologised. The referee gave Guaitani a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rutenio Amesti, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Monserrat FC's Calvino Casos. 0-2.

The wind increased when Abdul Minden made the kick off in the second half. Patxi Marholz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Magdaleno Lea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermelando Abarzuza in the 53rd minute of play. If Abdul Minden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 57 minutes into the match, Hermelando Abarzuza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Magdaleno Lea. Guaitani's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hermelando Abarzuza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. If Patxi Marholz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guaitani's Alonzo Doebbel shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Calvino Casos but with some difficulty. Abdul Minden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monserrat FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Disvandis Albrecht scored to the left of an out of position Calvino Casos, making the score, 1-3. Disvandis Albrecht in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Calvino Casos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Guaitani's Magdaleno Lea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patxi Marholz in the 86th minute of play. Carlos José Madariaga kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Guaitani's Cosme Amaral got a free kick in the 96th minute. After 100 played minutes Monserrat FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos José Madariaga. Guaitani's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
