After 30 minutes, Sebastiano Majluf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corahue AFC and the San Patricio players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fulgencio Polanco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Salgado in the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurín Marsal in the 46th minute of play forced San Patricio's goalkeeper Pere Quintana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The San Patricio players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Corahue AFC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maurín Marsal made a kick off. Alcides Davy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pere Quintana having to interfere. If Maurín Marsal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pere Quintana made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Alcides Davy sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute, Maurín Marsal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pere Quintana. The goal made the score 0-2. César Lyon hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute of the match Teodosio Caussade shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pere Quintana showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot 74 in the game by Alcides Davy from a close distance when the talented Pere Quintana managed to make a qualified save. San Patricio's players were relieved. In the 74th match minute, San Patricio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César Lyon to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurín Marsal in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pere Quintana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nicodemo Prieto kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. San Patricio's Pere Quintana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurín Marsal in the 86th minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Gabriel Pirola dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pere Quintana, 0-3. Corahue AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
