Igor Panetti, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 14th minute, Juan Carlos Raab fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Matilla FC's Juan Carlos Raab in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Llolleo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Juan Carlos Raab blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo San Miguel having to make a save. If Filomeno Bakovic had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Llolleo FC booed when Matilla FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Javier Mercado didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Iván Luis Fath managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llolleo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iván Luis Fath was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st minute, Matilla FC's Juan Carlos Raab ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Reynaldo San Miguel. Reynaldo San Miguel yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Filomeno Bakovic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Llolleo FC's Ulises Bolados in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Matilla FC's goalie prevented a goal. Juan Carlos Raab recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filomeno Bakovic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo San Miguel having to interfere. In the 45th minute Juan Carlos Raab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo San Miguel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Christian Barbaste showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Bolados in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57thth minute of the game Juan Carlos Raab who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Llolleo FC's Reynaldo San Miguel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Juan Carlos Raab's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reynaldo San Miguel was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. After 65 played minutes Matilla FC got a freekick which was hit by José Javier Mercado. Plácido Alzerreca's late challenge caught a Llolleo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Plácido Alzerreca helped the player get up and apologised. Plácido Alzerreca hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Filomeno Bakovic struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Reynaldo San Miguel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matilla FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Filomeno Bakovic managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matilla FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Bakovic was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reynaldo San Miguel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 76 minutes, Filomeno Bakovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 92nd minute Filomeno Bakovic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo San Miguel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jordi Diban charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jordi Diban the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jordi Diban hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Matilla FC had played much better football throughout.
