Carlo Mamani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrico Abufom having to interfere. With a little luck, Ninquihue FC's Álvaro Galarce got control of the ball when Bautista Klein tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute Christiano Berger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Galarce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Christiano Berger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bautista Klein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Galarce having to interfere. After 26 played minutes Pileo FC got a freekick which was hit by Mark Zenteno. Próspero Masson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pileo FC's Enrico Abufom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Próspero Masson in the 39th minute of play. In the 45th minute, Bautista Klein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Próspero Masson was the one to do the kick off. Enrico Abufom made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Carlo Mamani sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes into the match, Christiano Berger had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Álvaro Galarce. Ninquihue FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christiano Berger was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Pileo FC's Bautista Klein got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Pileo FC's Christiano Berger in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ninquihue FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62nd match minute, Pileo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricard Espina to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Pileo FC's goalkeeper Enrico Abufom, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Feliberto Alcaíno during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 75 played minutes Ninquihue FC got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Alcaíno. Candido Raineri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Álvaro Galarce. Ninquihue FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Álvaro Galarce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christiano Berger in the 78th minute of the match. Bautista Klein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 87 minutes into the match, Ninquihue FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bautista Klein came free, but Álvaro Galarce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 92 minutes, Bautista Klein made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ninquihue FC's Álvaro Galarce tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pileo FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
