After 27 minutes of play, Guanacarane's Milián Solminihac made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iván Luis Schmidt took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonides Urtaza. Leonides Urtaza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 43rd minute, Tanausu Celada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute, Vasco Colimán reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Eleazar Mery. The goal made the score 2-1.

MALOS CON SUERTE were awarded a corner in the 52th minute after Guanacarane's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adriano Madrigal took the corner. The corner ended in Adriano Madrigal almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Guanacarane's Leonides Urtaza did a great save. After 53 played minutes Guanacarane got a freekick which was hit by Milián Solminihac. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasco Colimán in the 59th minute of play forced MALOS CON SUERTE's goalkeeper Eleazar Mery to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eleazar Mery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milián Solminihac in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Adelio Garza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. MALOS CON SUERTE's Eleazar Mery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Jose María Casos in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Milián Solminihac notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of MALOS CON SUERTE's Eleazar Mery. Eleazar Mery was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. MALOS CON SUERTE's Adriano Madrigal got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Guanacarane had won after a very even match.
