Leonardo Pradel kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Guntademaro Van Dijk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Montt getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Xavier Mora hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Montt's zone, Guntademaro Van Dijk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tancredo Alcaide came out of the goal and Guntademaro Van Dijk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the match, Humapalca AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Pradel came free, but Richard Textex reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the match, Montt's goalkeeper Tancredo Alcaide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sorin Albu. Florián Recabal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Textex stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Quiroz's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 25th minute, Leonardo Pradel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Richard Textex was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 28th minute Guntademaro Van Dijk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tancredo Alcaide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florián Recabal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tancredo Alcaide came out and tried to block the shot, but Florián Recabal slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute Florián Recabal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tancredo Alcaide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Montt's goalkeeper Tancredo Alcaide had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sorin Albu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Quiroz in the 44th minute of play forced Humapalca AFC's goalkeeper Richard Textex to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Humapalca AFC's Sorin Albu got a free kick in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Florián Recabal in the 51st minute of play forced Montt's goalkeeper Tancredo Alcaide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sorin Albu struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Tancredo Alcaide didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Humapalca AFC. In the 58th minute of the match Lucio Fierro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Richard Textex showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 59th minute, Sorin Albu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Humapalca AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Richard Textex was a little too slow when Leonardo Pradel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 2-2. Montt's Tancredo Alcaide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florián Recabal in the 69th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Geraldo Durango in the 71st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Humapalca AFC's Sorin Albu. In the 76thth minute of the game Leonardo Pradel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Humapalca AFC's Richard Textex was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miguel Quiroz hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Mario Alberto Mac Kenzie was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 79 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, one of Montt:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Montt. In the 83rd minute there was a penalty for Humapalca AFC. Florián Recabal stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tancredo Alcaide. 3-2. In the 89th minute, Sorin Albu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Héctor David Tello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tancredo Alcaide having to interfere. Florián Recabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Tancredo Alcaide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sorin Albu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 100th minute of the match Montt got a corner. Humapalca AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Angelillo Klaafon ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Montt's corner Angelillo Klaafon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Richard Textex quite easily take care of the ball. Humapalca AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
