Spectators: 7396 (Terracing: 5548, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mark Nordon kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Palpaico booed when Pacifico F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Alejandro Saralegui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teofilio Ascuí in the 12thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tor Illescas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The attack was good, but when Teofilio Ascuí in the 18th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Nestor Benoit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Jasone Monge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Teofilio Ascuí got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Pacifico F.C.'s zone, Abraham Devia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tor Illescas came out of the goal and Abraham Devia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Palpaico's Inacio Gadano suffered a sore foot after 33 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Serafín Rendic's late challenge caught a Palpaico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafín Rendic helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Serafín Rendic hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abraham Devia struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Tor Illescas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palpaico. In the 45th minute, Quentín Orellana reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tor Illescas. The goal made the score 1-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Quentín Orellana in the 79th minute of play forced Pacifico F.C.'s goalkeeper Tor Illescas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Quentín Orellana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Illescas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Abraham Devia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 87 played minutes Pacifico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Serafín Rendic.
