The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Victoriano Villota hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Alvino Olaso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ceandro Rallo having to interfere. Loncopahue AFC's Juan Ignacio Heiremans got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th minute José Julio Isaguirre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Najera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Juan Ignacio Heiremans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ceandro Rallo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maxín Zurieta in the 16th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as COMANDOS's Alvino Olaso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ceandro Rallo. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. When the match had been going on for 23 minutes, COMANDOS's Andy Lanchares got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ceandro Rallo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvino Olaso in the 26th minute of play forced Loncopahue AFC's goalkeeper Ceandro Rallo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Juan Ignacio Heiremans notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of COMANDOS's Ulises Najera. Ulises Najera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Loncopahue AFC defense, Maxín Zurieta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ceandro Rallo. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Julio Isaguirre made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Juan Ignacio Heiremans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Loncopahue AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Ignacio Heiremans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Loncopahue AFC's Echedey Padilla got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute, Andy Lanchares got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulises Najera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Julio Isaguirre in the 92nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eustaquio Turull during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Loncopahue AFC's Florín Gómez couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 94th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for COMANDOS. Ulises Najera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Julio Isaguirre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. COMANDOS were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Loncopahue AFC for a fine match.
