Rincon FC's Evelio Carcuro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Alberto Hollstein in the 31st minute of play. After 43 played minutes Demons FC got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Arévalo. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 89th minute, Juan Antonio Cabezas fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
