Spectators: 7491 (Terracing: 5619, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Copayapu F.C's Christiano Gipoulou started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Christiano Gipoulou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilson Larrañeta having to interfere. Barni Santa Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Ferraro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barni Santa Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobaldo Ferraro in the 11th minute of the match. Barrabases de Victoria's Edelmiro Faez got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teobaldo Ferraro in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barni Santa Cruz saved Copayapu F.C from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teobaldo Ferraro in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barni Santa Cruz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Christiano Gipoulou came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Copayapu F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christiano Gipoulou couldn't finish the play. In the 39th minute, Edelmiro Faez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barni Santa Cruz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 42 minutes into the match, Copayapu F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Teobaldo Ferraro came free, but Barni Santa Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Barrabases de Victoria were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Edelmiro Faez made the kick off in the second half. Barni Santa Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Faez in the 51st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Barrabases de Victoria's Menéndez Albornoz got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After having played for 56 minutes, Edelmiro Faez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrabases de Victoria's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edelmiro Faez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Barni Santa Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edelmiro Faez in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, Copayapu F.C's Barni Santa Cruz got control of the ball when Teobaldo Ferraro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Teobaldo Ferraro could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Barni Santa Cruz however easily saved by the left post. Edelmiro Faez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Barni Santa Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergi Dawson in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barni Santa Cruz saved Copayapu F.C from getting behind. Francisco Javier Budinich took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 78th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Barni Santa Cruz. Copayapu F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 79thth minute of the game Sergi Dawson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Copayapu F.C's Barni Santa Cruz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Copayapu F.C's Barni Santa Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergi Dawson in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Copayapu F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Sergi Dawson came free, but Barni Santa Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergi Dawson in the 88th minute of play forced Copayapu F.C's goalkeeper Barni Santa Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergi Dawson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 91stth minute, Barni Santa Cruz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 94th match minute, Copayapu F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natanael Canío to maneuver through the defense.
