Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jeronimo Warnes started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Copihue's Asier Celis got control of the ball when Omar Collados tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 4 minutes, Asier Celis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Asier Celis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeronimo Warnes in the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th match minute, Copihue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liberto Liendo to maneuver through the defense. Jeronimo Warnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Asier Celis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Omar Collados got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Warnes in the 15th minute of play forced Copihue's goalkeeper Asier Celis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Collados got free with Asier Celis in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th match minute, Copihue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulín Gazmuri to maneuver through the defense. Timeteo Schele might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Norino Gorostizaga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Timeteo Schele ran back to his position shaking his head. Poulus Almadel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norino Gorostizaga having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeronimo Warnes during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jeronimo Warnes kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Omar Collados's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Asier Celis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Poulus Almadel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Copihue's supporters rose to their feet, but Poulus Almadel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norino Gorostizaga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Higinio Moron hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Malaquin's Norino Gorostizaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Poulus Almadel in the 33rd minute of play. Poulus Almadel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norino Gorostizaga having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Malaquin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty! In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Copihue. Román Daza stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Norino Gorostizaga. 0-1. Patricio Veliz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Omar Collados fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asier Celis having to interfere. After the first half Copihue were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Poulus Almadel was the one to do the kick off. If Omar Collados had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Poulus Almadel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Omar Collados had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Copihue had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
