Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Julio Godoy started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gonzalo Bennet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Clemente Puelles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Gonzalo Bennet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Chuac defense, Gervasio Mancilla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ofelio Riffo. The Chuac fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ofelio Riffo should have stopped the shot. Ofelio Riffo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Godoy in the 16th minute of the match. After 17 minutes, Casimiro Urra made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Gualpencillo AFC's Gonzalo Bennet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 20 minutes, Gonzalo Araujo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chuac and the Gualpencillo AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 20 played minutes Chuac got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Araujo. Ofelio Riffo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Godoy in the 23rd minute of play. Ofelio Riffo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Mancilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Clemente Puelles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Dutard hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Clemente Puelles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Ofelio Riffo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gervasio Mancilla got free with Ofelio Riffo in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 58th match minute, Chuac was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Montero to maneuver through the defense. After 59 played minutes Chuac got a freekick which was hit by Teodovico Abrigo. Gonzalo Bennet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casimiro Urra in the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Roldán Angulo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gualpencillo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chuac the free kick. Clemente Puelles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chuac's Casimiro Urra got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Chuac fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when Chuac's Casimiro Urra looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Chuac fully deserved thier win.
