Leoncio Olivos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxín Linacre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maxín Linacre in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leoncio Olivos saved Lagunita from getting behind. Lagunita's Leoncio Olivos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxín Linacre in the 43rd minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Leoncio Olivos stood somewhat misplaced when Romualdo Perl came free in front of goal and shot 0-1 to the left of him in the 53 minute. Adam Bachelet took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severino Basabilvaso. In the 72ndth minute of the game Adam Bachelet who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Solor FC's Severino Basabilvaso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Horacio Jesus Cobaleda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Basabilvaso having to interfere. Horacio Jesus Cobaleda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
