But to his dismay, Edgardo Unda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, Nos's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Loyola came free, but Carlos Alberto Uriona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eladio Benítez made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Edgardo Unda sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute Fulco Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Alberto Uriona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 38 minutes, Rutenio Pascual managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rutenio Pascual was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Edgardo Unda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Eladio Benítez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Fulco Ramos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Alberto Uriona having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Lontue AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nos.
