Miliano Millanao who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Ofelio Wittig when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 35 minutes into the game, Batista Rocha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tongoy AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tamenelo AFC the free kick. Batista Rocha hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Tongoy AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Savier Parga scored to the left of an out of position Ofelio Wittig, making the score, 3-0. Miliano Millanao blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ofelio Wittig having to make a save. In the 45th minute Adrián Lizana Lezana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Piñera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ofelio Wittig didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Miliano Millanao went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miliano Millanao in the 59th minute of play forced Tongoy AFC's goalkeeper Ofelio Wittig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Tongoy AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Miliano Millanao came free, but Ofelio Wittig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miliano Millanao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cerilo Parrini hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Adrián Lizana Lezana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Narciso Piñera made a huge save. If Cresenciano Sartie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Miliano Millanao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ofelio Wittig was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Cresenciano Sartie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
