Spectators: 7419 (Terracing: 5565, Seating: 1706, VIP seats: 148) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Asier Arjona took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Asier Arjona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damario Zubelzu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Linao booed when Chudal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernán Cacho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Manuel Moyano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sami Farah, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Damario Zubelzu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Armenta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 22 played minutes, Linao's Constancio Guardia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Damario Zubelzu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Linao reached it. Chudal's Damario Zubelzu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristián Koch in the 23rd minute of play. Damario Zubelzu came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Linao's Cristián Koch. But to his dismay, Cristián Koch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Sami Farah sped through Linao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlos Manuel Moyano. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sami Farah in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Manuel Moyano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 38 minutes into the match, Chudal's Sami Farah sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Manuel Moyano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Visen Mattensohn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Carlos Manuel Moyano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Sami Farah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 42 played minutes Linao got a freekick which was hit by Constancio Guardia. 44 minutes into the match, Chudal's Sami Farah sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carlos Manuel Moyano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Visen Mattensohn came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Chudal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Visen Mattensohn couldn't finish the play. In the 47th match minute, Linao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germán Talledo to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sami Farah to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Linao's Teobaldo Armenta made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damario Zubelzu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sami Farah struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Carlos Manuel Moyano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chudal. In the 61st minute Cristián Koch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damario Zubelzu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Chudal's goal looked a bit too open when Asier Arjona came free, but Damario Zubelzu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th match minute, Linao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristián Koch to maneuver through the defense. Fernán Cacho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Manuel Moyano having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Linao's Teobaldo Armenta slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Damario Zubelzu. That made the score 1-3 after 78 minutes of play. 82 minutes into the match, Chudal's goalkeeper Damario Zubelzu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teobaldo Armenta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asier Arjona in the 86th minute of play forced Chudal's goalkeeper Damario Zubelzu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Manuel Moyano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sami Farah in the 92nd minute of play. Chudal's Sami Farah got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle went the supporters of Linao were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Chudal side.
