Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlo Peredo started the match with the kick off. When Francisco Solezzi came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Compi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Solezzi couldn't finish the play. Héctor Pasos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Solezzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 11 played minutes Compi got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Labbé. Josías Valverde succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 23rd playminute. When Baldomero Labbé fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Compi's protests and gave Baldomero Labbé a yellow card for diving instead. Club Deportes Temuco's Bertrán Olasagutia shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lois Noguera but with some difficulty. Héctor Pasos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Solezzi went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Loreno Paillao came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Compi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loreno Paillao couldn't finish the play. Club Deportes Temuco's Héctor Pasos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loreno Paillao in the 36th minute of play. Héctor Pasos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Solezzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute Abundio Grajales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Héctor Pasos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Juan Raúl Ramos came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Compi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan Raúl Ramos couldn't finish the play. If Loreno Paillao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Solezzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Compi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mónico Otero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lois Noguera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josías Valverde in the 68th minute of the match. After 70 minutes of play, Compi's Loreno Paillao made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Héctor Pasos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 73rd minute Loreno Paillao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Héctor Pasos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Club Deportes Temuco's goalkeeper Héctor Pasos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Loreno Paillao. When Francisco Solezzi in the 84th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Héctor Pasos kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-5 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Francisco Solezzi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-6 to the left of a surprised Héctor Pasos 89 minutes into the match. A hard shot 93 in the game by Mónico Otero from a close distance when the talented Héctor Pasos managed to make a qualified save. Club Deportes Temuco's players were relieved. Héctor Pasos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loreno Paillao in the 95th minute of the match. Mónico Otero's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 96thth minute, Héctor Pasos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the final whistle sounded Compi left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Deportes Temuco.
