Seating: 1705, VIP seats: 0) Germán Armaza started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calixto Fiamenghi in the 3rd minute of play forced Anti-Nefi-Lehitas's goalkeeper Isaac Valles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Germán Armaza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Alonso Plata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, Anti-Nefi-Lehitas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rexino Martínez de Aldunate to maneuver through the defense. Isaac Valles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calixto Fiamenghi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th match minute, Anti-Nefi-Lehitas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javiero Rodríguez to maneuver through the defense. Alonso Plata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Germán Armaza in the 39th minute of the match. In the 44th minute of the match Anti-Nefi-Lehitas got a corner. Penaflor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Odón Aragón ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Anti-Nefi-Lehitas's Odón Aragón to fire away a dangerous shot which Alonso Plata despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
51 minutes into the match, Val Conejeros dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alonso Plata, 1-1. Penaflor's Calixto Fiamenghi got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miquel Píriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Valles having to interfere. Germán Armaza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonso Plata having to interfere. Isaac Valles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calixto Fiamenghi, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Igon Solar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Penaflor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anti-Nefi-Lehitas the free kick. In the 71st match minute, Penaflor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igon Solar to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Penaflor booed when Anti-Nefi-Lehitas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vinos Bauza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anti-Nefi-Lehitas's Vinos Bauza got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76thth minute of the game Germán Armaza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Penaflor's Alonso Plata was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Germán Armaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Germán Armaza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonso Plata having to interfere. Alonso Plata was a little too slow when Germán Armaza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 92nd minute. The score was now 1-2.
