Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Claudio Barrientos kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the match, Guarilihue's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Echeverz came free, but Ceferino Daneri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th match minute, Guarilihue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierre Hudson to maneuver through the defense. 12 minutes into the game, Pierre Hudson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guarilihue's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guaracina the free kick. The supporters of Guaracina booed when Guarilihue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre Hudson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Romano Venturino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Niceto Isasiguia. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Zarpas Daughters kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Guarilihue defense, Brian Abarca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ceferino Daneri. The Guarilihue fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ceferino Daneri should have stopped the shot. Claudio Barrientos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Isasiguia having to interfere. Guaracina's Brian Abarca got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Guarilihue's Claudio Barrientos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niceto Isasiguia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Romano Venturino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Brian Abarca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guarilihue's Romano Venturino got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 60 minutes into the game, Camilo Echeverz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ceferino Daneri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th minute, Brian Abarca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ceferino Daneri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Abarca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Echeverz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ceferino Daneri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guaracina's Niceto Isasiguia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Barrientos in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brian Abarca in the 81st minute of play forced Guarilihue's goalkeeper Ceferino Daneri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Echeverz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niceto Isasiguia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romano Venturino in the 91st minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Guaracina left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guarilihue.
