Narciso Alenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipo Sartie in the 6th minute of play. When Álvaro Vial fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malalhue's protests and gave Álvaro Vial a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, Malalhue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro Vial to maneuver through the defense. Narciso Alenk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leoncio Boonen, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipo Sartie in the 19th minute of play forced Football Club Tpn3's goalkeeper Narciso Alenk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jon-Ander Quililongo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fortunato Dudagoitia in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Wilfredo Albano made a precise shot to the right of Jon-Ander Quililongo. Malalhue's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. If Leoncio Boonen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Football Club Tpn3's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Vos de Vos came free, but Narciso Alenk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leoncio Boonen in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Narciso Alenk saved Football Club Tpn3 from getting behind. Narciso Alenk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipo Sartie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Narciso Alenk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipo Sartie went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Football Club Tpn3's zone, Felipo Sartie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narciso Alenk came out of the goal and Felipo Sartie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute Leoncio Boonen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Alenk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Virgilio De la Cuadra's late challenge caught a Malalhue's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Virgilio De la Cuadra helped the player get up and apologised. Virgilio De la Cuadra kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th minute, Felipo Sartie left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Malalhue fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leoncio Boonen to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Malalhue got a freekick which was hit by Álvaro Vial. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leoncio Boonen in the 57th minute of play forced Football Club Tpn3's goalkeeper Narciso Alenk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Felipo Sartie, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 65 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Narciso Alenk was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Leoncio Boonen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narciso Alenk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leoncio Boonen in the 70th minute of the match. Jon-Ander Quililongo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Albano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Football Club Tpn3 fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Football Club Tpn3's Wilfredo Albano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Football Club Tpn3's Narciso Alenk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Football Club Tpn3 from getting a goal against them. 85 minutes into the game, Malalhue's Felipo Sartie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Narciso Alenk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. In the 93rdth minute of the game Fortunato Dudagoitia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Malalhue's Jon-Ander Quililongo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jon-Ander Quililongo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fortunato Dudagoitia in the 96th minute of the match. Malalhue played a much better game than Football Club Tpn3 and deserved their victory. The Football Club Tpn3 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
