Spectators: 2200 (Terracing: 1800, Seating: 400, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aureliano Chamorro started the match with the kick off. Odilón Portillo was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Aureliano Chamorro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aureliano Chamorro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 9th minute Darío Raab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florín Dinarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Piritas AFC's goalkeeper Odilón Portillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Darío Raab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Alberto Vilches in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florín Dinarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 20 minutes, Emmanuel Carcuro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piritas AFC and the Pilinhue players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th minute, Emmanuel Carcuro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pietro Dabrowsky, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Odilón Portillo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amado Cohen in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pilinhue's zone, Darío Raab stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florín Dinarte came out of the goal and Darío Raab tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florín Dinarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darío Raab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute Luis Alberto Vilches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florín Dinarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36thth minute of the game Darío Raab who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pilinhue's Florín Dinarte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Piritas AFC fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Piritas AFC's Luis Alberto Vilches looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luis Alberto Vilches to strike the kick off in the second half. Odilón Portillo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aureliano Chamorro's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pilinhue's zone, Darío Raab stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florín Dinarte came out of the goal and Darío Raab tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute Mario Jesus Maddaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florín Dinarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Alberto Vilches was extremely unlucky when he, in the 56th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Darío Raab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florín Dinarte having to interfere. Odilón Portillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Chamorro in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute Aureliano Chamorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Odilón Portillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduard Browne charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduard Browne the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eduard Browne hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Pietro Dabrowsky sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Piritas AFC's Odilón Portillo didn't even have to move. When Pilinhue's Aureliano Chamorro in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Florín Dinarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Alberto Vilches in the 91st minute of play. Odilón Portillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Chamorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. With a little luck, Pilinhue's Florín Dinarte got control of the ball when Darío Raab tried to sneak it across the goal line.
