Spectators: 7351 (Terracing: 5514, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Urtsín Bolton kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Göktuğ Tanberk got free with Héctor Barriga in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 4 minutes, Silvestre Espinace managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.C Milan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvestre Espinace was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Raimundo Oxman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute Urtsín Bolton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soriano Vicuña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Héctor Barriga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvestre Espinace, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Ahmet Göktuğ Tanberk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.C Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Pepe Matetich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Héctor Barriga having to interfere. If Ahmet Göktuğ Tanberk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Göktuğ Tanberk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Héctor Barriga having to make a save. A hard shot 30 in the game by Silvestre Espinace from a close distance when the talented Héctor Barriga managed to make a qualified save. Rancagua's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Silvestre Espinace took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Héctor Barriga to make any attempt to save it. Silvestre Espinace had several of the Rancagua's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 40 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Héctor Barriga as he didn't even see the shot coming. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silvestre Espinace to make the kick off. If Ahmet Göktuğ Tanberk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvestre Espinace struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Héctor Barriga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.C Milan. 55 minutes into the match, Silvestre Espinace had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Héctor Barriga. Rancagua's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvestre Espinace was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. A.C Milan's Ahmet Göktuğ Tanberk got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The A.C Milan fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when A.C Milan's Silvestre Espinace looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nana Lider took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Héctor Barriga. Héctor Barriga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 73rd minute, Silvestre Espinace ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Héctor Barriga was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Ahmet Göktuğ Tanberk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Héctor Barriga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvestre Espinace took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Héctor Barriga. Héctor Barriga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. If Silvestre Espinace had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Héctor Barriga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvestre Espinace's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvestre Espinace in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Héctor Barriga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st minute, Victor Hugo Andreu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A.C Milan's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
