Radowit Duszenski came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Franco Canadiense's Juan Jesus Gorostizaga. But to his dismay, Juan Jesus Gorostizaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a little luck, Franco Canadiense's Benedicto Claro got control of the ball when Fernán Lizardi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 24 minutes, Juan Miguel Tagle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cifuentes Abdon and the Franco Canadiense players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cifuentes Abdon getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Juan Miguel Tagle hit a great ball. Radowit Duszenski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ervigio Balcazar went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 43 played minutes, Franco Canadiense's Silvio Wittemberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Radowit Duszenski came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Franco Canadiense reached it. A collision led to Franco Canadiense getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Lucjan Domarecki hit a great ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Antonio Larraín stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benedicto Claro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernán Lizardi in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to Franco Canadiense getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Guido Zorondo hit a great ball. When Rainerio Arteaga fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cifuentes Abdon's protests and gave Rainerio Arteaga a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Cifuentes Abdon got a freekick which was hit by Rainerio Arteaga. Franco Canadiense's Abdurrezzak Mazhar was substituted for Juan Jesus Gorostizaga. After a rather tough play, Cifuentes Abdon's Francisco Antonio Larraín got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Abdurrezzak Mazhar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75th minute Francisco Antonio Larraín shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Claro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A very good chance. Radowit Duszenski made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Ervigio Balcazar sent off a good shot on target. Silvio Wittemberg kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Cifuentes Abdon defense, Ervigio Balcazar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radowit Duszenski. The Cifuentes Abdon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radowit Duszenski should have stopped the shot. Abdurrezzak Mazhar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ervigio Balcazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Duszenski having to interfere. The Cifuentes Abdon manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Franco Canadiense to win.
