Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Omar Schroeders started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Zelipe Bardesi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Franco-Canadiense's supporters rose to their feet, but Zelipe Bardesi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Francisco Bilbao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. José Francisco Bilbao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zelipe Bardesi in the 6th minute of the match. Odilón Ruiz Tagle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th match minute, Franco-Canadiense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristofer Haviland to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 15 minutes, Omar Schroeders managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aravilla's supporters crossed their fingers, but Omar Schroeders was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Odilón Ruiz Tagle came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Aravilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Odilón Ruiz Tagle couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the match, Omar Schroeders dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Quentín Partarrieu, 1-0. Francisco Antonio Rogers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Omar Schroeders fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quentín Partarrieu having to interfere. Odilón Ruiz Tagle who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Quentín Partarrieu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 40th minute, Bautista Pirazzoli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zelipe Bardesi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Francisco Bilbao having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zelipe Bardesi was the one to do the kick off. Omar Schroeders sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Omar Schroeders had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aravilla's José Francisco Bilbao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Aravilla from getting a goal against them. After 81 minutes, Cristofer Haviland mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Franco-Canadiense and the Aravilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Aravilla booed when Franco-Canadiense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristofer Haviland didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogerio Tindall was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 82nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 85 minutes into the game, Aravilla's Omar Schroeders nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quentín Partarrieu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Zelipe Bardesi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving José Francisco Bilbao. That made the score 2-1 in the 92 minute of play.
