Spectators: 6693 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 0) Maiteines's Narcomillo Vidma started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Narcomillo Vidma might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Quim Lambarrie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Narcomillo Vidma ran back to his position shaking his head. Ayquina's Quim Lambarrie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Narcomillo Vidma in the 7th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ayquina's zone, Narcomillo Vidma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quim Lambarrie came out of the goal and Narcomillo Vidma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute of the match Ysmael Dávila sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexandro Bünzli skillfully saved the ball. Godofredo Duñabeitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quim Lambarrie having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narcomillo Vidma in the 24th minute of play forced Ayquina's goalkeeper Quim Lambarrie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Narcomillo Vidma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Orlando Forster hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th minute, Narcomillo Vidma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Godofredo Duñabeitia came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Maiteines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godofredo Duñabeitia couldn't finish the play. Cecilio Minden hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Narcomillo Vidma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42nd minute, Maiteines's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Quintán Fresno fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Ayquina booed when Maiteines was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Passi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Xavián Rumie made the kick off in the second half. Orlando Forster fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandro Bünzli having to interfere. Narcomillo Vidma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Ayquina's Pepe Bezanilla broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Narcomillo Vidma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xavián Rumie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Alexandro Bünzli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Maiteines players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ayquina.
