United Lampa's Efraín Winter got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, Efraín Winter cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Jonathan Quililongo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pierre Uriarte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Aureo Martens made a huge save. 27 minutes into the match, Justino Giron dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aureo Martens, 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Efraín Winter ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Quililongo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Efraín Winter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Quililongo having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Javier Catrileo was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emmanuel Caticura in the 53rd minute of play forced Junquillar's goalkeeper Jonathan Quililongo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Junquillar's Jonathan Quililongo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efraín Winter in the 54th minute of play. Aureo Martens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Giron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marcel Tellerias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jonathan Quililongo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, D.C. United Lampa's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre Uriarte came free, but Aureo Martens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Efraín Winter kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Jonathan Quililongo was a little too slow when Efraín Winter got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 1-3. With an all-out effort, D.C. United Lampa's Jonathan Quililongo threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marcel Tellerias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. D.C. United Lampa's Adalberto Malaree shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 73rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jonathan Quililongo but with some difficulty. Jonathan Quililongo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 77th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Adalberto Malaree. Adalberto Malaree took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Quililongo. Junquillar's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 86 minutes, Emmanuel Caticura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the D.C. United Lampa and the Junquillar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emmanuel Caticura kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Junquillar's Jonathan Quililongo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Junquillar from getting a goal against them. Marcel Tellerias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Jonathan Quililongo managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when D.C. United Lampa's Efraín Winter fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Junquillar fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. D.C. United Lampa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
