Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Efraín Winter kicked off to start the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Efraín Winter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Altar AFC's Enrique Mariano Reccius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Efraín Winter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Enrique Mariano Reccius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 8 minutes of play, Altar AFC's Poulus Losada made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aureo Martens was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, D.C. United Lampa's Nico-Paul Herzog got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Rómulo Manzano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adalberto Malaree hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in D.C. United Lampa's zone, Rómulo Manzano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aureo Martens came out of the goal and Rómulo Manzano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Narciso Huenul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efraín Winter came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Enrique Mariano Reccius could save by the left post. Aureo Martens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valiente Iñiguez, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Emmanuel Caticura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Altar AFC's Rómulo Manzano got a free kick in the 30th minute. When Emmanuel Caticura fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored D.C. United Lampa's protests and gave Emmanuel Caticura a yellow card for diving instead. Efraín Winter came free with the goalkeeper in the 42nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Enrique Mariano Reccius could save by the left post. Enrique Mariano Reccius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Efraín Winter went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 47th minute, Horacio Balbontín hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narciso Huenul was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Narciso Huenul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but D.C. United Lampa's Aureo Martens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efraín Winter in the 56th minute of play forced Altar AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Mariano Reccius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Mariano Reccius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Efraín Winter's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Efraín Winter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Mariano Reccius having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valiente Iñiguez got free with Aureo Martens in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th minute, Narciso Huenul fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Arriaran in the 70th minute of play forced Altar AFC's goalkeeper Enrique Mariano Reccius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Mariano Reccius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Arriaran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Marcel Tellerias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 83 minutes, Marcel Tellerias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. D.C. United Lampa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcel Tellerias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute Uriel Arriaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Mariano Reccius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Omar Arcangel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enrique Mariano Reccius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the D.C. United Lampa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
