Spectators: 6693 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1693, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zenón Acuña started the match with the kick off. Geraldo Butto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Higinio Baquedano in the 3rd minute. Mauricio Cataldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rufino Toledo in the 6th minute of play. Rufino Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Mauricio Cataldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauricio Cataldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eber San Cristóbal, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th match minute, Nielol FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Daza to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zenón Acuña in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauricio Cataldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Mogote's Zenón Acuña in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nielol FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Nielol FC's goalkeeper Mauricio Cataldo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Nielol FC's Elizalde Fehrman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Geraldo Butto. That made the score 1-0 after 26 minutes of play. When Nielol FC's Elizalde Fehrman in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mogote's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rufino Toledo in the 31st minute of play forced Nielol FC's goalkeeper Mauricio Cataldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st match minute, Nielol FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Daza to maneuver through the defense. If Rufino Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Nielol FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Adriel Felis hit a great ball. Elizalde Fehrman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geraldo Butto having to interfere. Higinio Daza kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Zenón Acuña recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elizalde Fehrman made a kick off. 60 minutes into the match, Nielol FC's Elizalde Fehrman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geraldo Butto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zenón Acuña hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Geraldo Butto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elizalde Fehrman in the 66th minute of play. Geraldo Butto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Baquedano in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Higinio Baquedano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geraldo Butto was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 76th minute, Nielol FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Zenón Acuña fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mogote's Geraldo Butto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elizalde Fehrman in the 79th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Zenón Acuña managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mogote's supporters rose to their feet, but Zenón Acuña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauricio Cataldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bermejo Zuasnabar charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bermejo Zuasnabar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Geraldo Butto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elizalde Fehrman in the 91st minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nielol FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mogote had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
