After a defensive mix-up in Nielol FC's zone, Xosé Biggs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauricio Cataldo came out of the goal and Xosé Biggs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Higinio Baquedano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Juan Fernando Nicoletti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Omar Andaur kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. LoS XoGoLaCtIcOs's Juan Fernando Nicoletti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save LoS XoGoLaCtIcOs from getting a goal against them. Elizalde Fehrman did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Juan Fernando Nicoletti 26 minutes into the match. Elizalde Fehrman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Fernando Nicoletti having to interfere. Elizalde Fehrman struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Juan Fernando Nicoletti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nielol FC. Higinio Baquedanos short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Juan Fernando Nicoletti to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Juan Fernando Nicoletti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elizalde Fehrman in the 39th minute of the match. With a little luck, LoS XoGoLaCtIcOs's Juan Fernando Nicoletti got control of the ball when Higinio Baquedano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 46 played minutes LoS XoGoLaCtIcOs got a freekick which was hit by Marino Goncalves. Nielol FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adriel Felis in the 49th minute. The corner led Nielol FC's Adriel Felis to fire away a dangerous shot which Juan Fernando Nicoletti despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elizalde Fehrman to make the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, LoS XoGoLaCtIcOs's Higinio Sutil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mauricio Cataldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Higinio Sutil got free with Mauricio Cataldo in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Juan Fernando Nicoletti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elizalde Fehrman in the 63rd minute of play. Higinio Baquedano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. The supporters of Nielol FC booed when LoS XoGoLaCtIcOs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marino Goncalves didn't get a good kick on the ball. Higinio Sutil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Mauricio Cataldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higinio Sutil might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauricio Cataldo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Higinio Sutil ran back to his position shaking his head. Bermejo Zuasnabar hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, LoS XoGoLaCtIcOs's Xosé Biggs ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mauricio Cataldo. Mauricio Cataldo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1.
