Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Panguilemo FC's Danél Zorondo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Danél Zorondo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amadeo Diestre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danél Zorondo in the 8th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Posesion defense, Evaristo Larrea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amadeo Diestre. The Posesion fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amadeo Diestre should have stopped the shot. Evaristo Larrea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amadeo Diestre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Evaristo Larrea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Diestre having to interfere. Amadeo Diestre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danél Zorondo in the 22nd minute of play. Juan Fernando Zambrano struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Américo Celedón didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Posesion. Juan Fernando Zambrano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo Diestre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Larrea in the 37th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Danél Zorondo struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Amadeo Diestre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panguilemo FC. Blanco Webar kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. A collision led to Panguilemo FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Quintín Paez hit a great ball. 73 minutes into the match, Posesion's goalkeeper Amadeo Diestre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaristo Larrea. Juan Fernando Zambrano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Américo Celedón having to interfere. 77 minutes into the match, Posesion's goalkeeper Amadeo Diestre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaristo Larrea. Américo Celedón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Fernando Zambrano, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Evaristo Larrea hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute, Juan Fernando Zambrano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Isadoro Maragaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Florín Bolton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Posesion's supporters rose to their feet, but Florín Bolton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Américo Celedón breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan Fernando Zambrano took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Américo Celedón. Américo Celedón dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When the final whistle went the supporters of Panguilemo FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Posesion side.
