After 14 played minutes Huentemo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Quintán Peragallo. After 16 minutes, Josué Honorato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huentemo AFC and the Linanpalca AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 15 minutes into the game, one of Huentemo AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Elazar Fazzini, was totally fooled by Linanpalca AFC's Xalvador Alba, who 17 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Salomone Owen in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. The Linanpalca AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Andrés Devia struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Elazar Fazzini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salomone Owen's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Salomone Owen might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Elazar Fazzini. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
