Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Elear Aninat got the match started through his kick off. Rómulo Torrijos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elear Aninat in the 8th minute of the match. Alfonso Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zebulón Domínguez having to interfere. If Luis Alberto Roger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Choros FC's Roldán Mascayo got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute of the match Samuel Knauer sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rómulo Torrijos skillfully saved the ball. Luis Alberto Roger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Rómulo Torrijos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Juan Pablo Sotelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfonso Pardo in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zebulón Domínguez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mateo Massú's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zebulón Domínguez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. After 23 minutes, Roldán Oyarce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Putique and the Choros FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roldán Oyarce kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Alfonso Pardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Choros FC's Alfonso Pardo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zebulón Domínguez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aurelius Goycolea hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Mateo Massú had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Massú in the 42nd minute of play forced Putique's goalkeeper Zebulón Domínguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mateo Massú stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Saturnín Velin hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Alfonso Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Mateo Massú had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rómulo Torrijos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elear Aninat, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Luis Alberto Roger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Pardo in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zebulón Domínguez saved Putique from getting behind. The supporters of Putique booed when Choros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Izammit didn't get a good kick on the ball. Samuel Knauer shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Putique's Zebulón Domínguez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Massú in the 82nd minute of play. After 83 played minutes Putique got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Vicente Dagorret. In the 85th minute Aurelius Goycolea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zebulón Domínguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zebulón Domínguez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Massú, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. When Samuel Knauer fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Putique's protests and gave Samuel Knauer a yellow card for diving instead. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Putique! Alfonso Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zebulón Domínguez having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Choros FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Putique had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
