Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Stefano Ariza started the match with the kick off. Cresenciano Abufom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Xabel Florido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Xabel Florido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cresenciano Abufom, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Xabel Florido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cresenciano Abufom in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th match minute, Algarrobo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro Guichard to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute Stefano Ariza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Mery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefano Ariza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Edgar Mery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Christiano Anthony got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Stefano Ariza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ubaldo Matildo Madden struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Xabel Florido didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Duplijsa. Stefano Ariza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Mery having to interfere. Edgar Mery came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Algarrobo AFC's Christiano Anthony. But to his dismay, Christiano Anthony quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Justino Warnes kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. After 32 minutes Duplijsa's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Baldomero Margulis who took care of the corner kick. Edgar Mery came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Algarrobo AFC's Christiano Anthony. But to his dismay, Christiano Anthony quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cresenciano Abufom made a kick off. Edgar Mery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefano Ariza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Duplijsa's Edgar Mery played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiano Anthony in the 71st minute of play. When Lautaro Vicente fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Duplijsa's protests and gave Lautaro Vicente a yellow card for diving instead. Justino Warnes hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Algarrobo AFC's Baldomero Margulis broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The audience was convinced that Stefano Ariza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edgar Mery was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Algarrobo AFC's Xabel Florido proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Algarrobo AFC from getting a goal against them. Stefano Ariza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Edgar Mery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Duplijsa's goal looked a bit too open when Stefano Ariza came free, but Edgar Mery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cresenciano Abufom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xabel Florido having to interfere. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
