After a defensive mix-up in Anti Yuta United's zone, Estevan Barainca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga came out of the goal and Estevan Barainca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoro Flechart in the 11th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Zapallos FC's Lautaro Leyton seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Lautaro Leyton the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Zapallos FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Lautaro Leyton had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 22nd minute, one of Zapallos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Zapallos FC. Eder Pabst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Francisco Disselkoen, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Zapallos FC's Victoro Flechart. But to his dismay, Victoro Flechart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. With an all-out effort, Anti Yuta United's Eder Pabst threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from José Francisco Disselkoen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 35 minutes into the match, Zapallos FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Francisco Disselkoen came free, but Eder Pabst reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Héctor David Mac Donald in the 39th minute of the match. When Jonatán Amezqueta fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Anti Yuta United's protests and gave Jonatán Amezqueta a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Anti Yuta United getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jonatán Amezqueta hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Héctor David Mac Donald in the 46th minute of play forced Anti Yuta United's goalkeeper Carlos Manuel Guesalaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baudelio Covarrubias made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoro Flechart in the 56th minute of play forced Anti Yuta United's goalkeeper Carlos Manuel Guesalaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ever Cristofanini hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Zapallos FC's Victoro Flechart ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Carlos Manuel Guesalaga. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 70thth minute of the game José Francisco Disselkoen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zapallos FC's Eder Pabst was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoro Flechart in the 77th minute of play forced Anti Yuta United's goalkeeper Carlos Manuel Guesalaga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victoro Flechart received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga came out and tried to block the shot, but Victoro Flechart slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 79th minute. Baudelio Covarrubias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlos Manuel Guesalaga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Magasich, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Desiderio Diaz de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Héctor David Mac Donald hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zapallos FC played a much better game than Anti Yuta United and deserved their victory. The Anti Yuta United players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
