Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Natalio Faverau came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Guacolla AFC's Maximino Arrechea. But to his dismay, Maximino Arrechea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 8th minute, Chanquiuque's Abner Trincado fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Xosé Basaure was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. In the 10th minute, Abner Trincado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guacolla AFC's goalkeeper Xosé Basaure, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Wilson Bocanegra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guacolla AFC's Xosé Basaure played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abner Trincado in the 25th minute of play. When Wilfredo Farfán fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chanquiuque's protests and gave Wilfredo Farfán a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Chanquiuque got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Farfán. The audience was convinced that Darío Feyto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Natalio Faverau was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. If Darío Feyto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Natalio Faverau was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Darío Feyto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 34 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adalberto Palazuelos in the 38th minute of play forced Guacolla AFC's goalkeeper Xosé Basaure to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horacio Jesus Marull blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Natalio Faverau having to make a save. Abner Trincado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xosé Basaure having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adalberto Palazuelos to make the kick off. Abner Trincado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximino Arrechea struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Natalio Faverau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guacolla AFC. Adalberto Palazuelos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Xosé Basaure came out and tried to block the shot, but Adalberto Palazuelos slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 72nd minute. 77 minutes into the match, Chanquiuque's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Arrechea came free, but Natalio Faverau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abner Trincado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xosé Basaure having to interfere. Abner Trincado's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Xosé Basaure skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Guacolla AFC booed when Chanquiuque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaume Arjona didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Guacolla AFC's Regino Vergara in action when he in the 89th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Adalberto Palazuelos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 97th minute Maximino Arrechea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Faverau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Many of Chanquiuque's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Chanquiuque may have spent more time on the ball, but Guacolla AFC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
