An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Antonio Calabrano in the 3rd minute of play forced Mantilhue's goalkeeper Josías Amesti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Marful fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josías Amesti having to interfere. Amadeo Fenieux blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Josías Amesti having to make a save. Edgardo Alava kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes Mantilhue got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Radical. Orlando Marful recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to R-ZAD getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Marco Pakozdy hit a great ball. Vincente Pagueguy struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Enrique Renard didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mantilhue. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Marful got free with Josías Amesti in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as R-ZAD's Francisco Javier Feldman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Josías Amesti. That made the score 2-0 after 33 minutes of play. Josías Amesti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francisco Javier Feldman in the 40th minute of play. Josías Amesti made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Marful in the 42nd minute. Orlando Marful received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Josías Amesti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Mantilhue's Josías Amesti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Marful in the 61st minute of play. Orlando Marful received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Josías Amesti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mantilhue defense, Orlando Marful kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Josías Amesti. The Mantilhue fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Josías Amesti should have stopped the shot. R-ZAD's attentive Edgardo Alava managed to snatch the ball when Adelio Soffia made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. R-ZAD's Orlando Marful got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Javier Feldman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Josías Amesti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mantilhue defense, Ernesto Sazie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Josías Amesti. The Mantilhue fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Josías Amesti should have stopped the shot. Josías Amesti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Orlando Marful went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Ernesto Sazie hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that R-ZAD were the better team. R-ZAD's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
