Spectators: 6694 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1694, VIP seats: 0) Canela's Benjamín Van Sloten started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Albert Ruiz Tagle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milián Faúndez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamín Van Sloten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Milián Faúndez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oriol Maragaño went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Benjamín Van Sloten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canela's supporters rose to their feet, but Benjamín Van Sloten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Milián Faúndez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, Quillon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamín Van Sloten came free, but Milián Faúndez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamín Van Sloten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milián Faúndez having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Wilson Price hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Quillon FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamín Van Sloten came free, but Milián Faúndez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Canela's Benjamín Van Sloten in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quillon FC's goalie prevented a goal. Benjamín Van Sloten received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. If Celino Illesca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celino Illesca in the 45th minute of play forced Canela's goalkeeper Ismael Tindall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julián Arriaran kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Albert Ruiz Tagle to make the kick off. If Celino Illesca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Tindall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albert Ruiz Tagle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albert Ruiz Tagle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Tindall having to interfere. 67 minutes into the game, Albert Ruiz Tagle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ismael Tindall. Albert Ruiz Tagle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. In the 70th minute Oriol Maragaño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milián Faúndez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Benjamín Van Sloten notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Quillon FC's Milián Faúndez. Milián Faúndez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 76 minutes into the match, Oriol Maragaño had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Milián Faúndez. Quillon FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oriol Maragaño was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 80 minutes into the match, Benjamín Van Sloten notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Quillon FC's Milián Faúndez. Milián Faúndez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 87 minutes, Celino Illesca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quillon FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celino Illesca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ismael Tindall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albert Ruiz Tagle in the 90th minute of the match. Quillon FC's Milián Faúndez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oriol Maragaño in the 92nd minute of play. Oriol Maragaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Canela were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Quillon FC for a fine match.
