In the 8th minute, Diego Montesinos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viluyo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franco Hamdorf in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jose Miguel Monge saved Viluyo AFC from getting behind. After 11 minutes, Vladimiro Redondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viluyo AFC and the los tilines players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Andoni Pakozdy managed to get in a good position for a shot. los tilines's supporters rose to their feet, but Andoni Pakozdy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jose Miguel Monge breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Viluyo AFC's Jose Miguel Monge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Hamdorf in the 19th minute of play. Jose Miguel Monge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Regino Christie in the 21st minute of the match. Jose Miguel Monge didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Franco Hamdorf went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 31st match minute, Viluyo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreo Gavilán to maneuver through the defense. When Andoni Pakozdy came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the los tilines fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andoni Pakozdy couldn't finish the play. 35 minutes into the match, Regino Christie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jose Miguel Monge. Viluyo AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Regino Christie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 39th minute, Franco Hamdorf fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Regino Christie got free with Jose Miguel Monge in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Reynaldo Isamit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reynaldo Isamit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Regino Christie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Miguel Monge having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Diego Montesinos to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Regino Christie in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jose Miguel Monge prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Andoni Pakozdy's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jose Miguel Monge was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 56th minute Regino Christie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Miguel Monge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso Redondo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jon-Ander Arata in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Viluyo AFC's zone, Regino Christie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Miguel Monge came out of the goal and Regino Christie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jose Miguel Monge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Regino Christie in the 62nd minute of the match. Jose Miguel Monge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Regino Christie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. los tilines's Alfonso Redondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Montesinos in the 65th minute of play. Jose Miguel Monge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andoni Pakozdy, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Jose Miguel Monge showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Hamdorf in the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, Viluyo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Isamit came free, but Jose Miguel Monge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Regino Christie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marín Portales's late challenge caught a los tilines's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. A nice corner shot did that Franco Hamdorf got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jose Miguel Monge quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jose Miguel Monge made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Regino Christie in the 92nd minute of play. los tilines walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
