The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Topocho Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Lorencio Victoriano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Maiz struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Lorencio Victoriano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gualleco FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Topocho Ortiz in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lorencio Victoriano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonardo Maiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Maiz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Lorencio Victoriano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Leonardo Maiz sped through Los Porcina's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lorencio Victoriano. 32 minutes into the match, Los Porcina's goalkeeper Lorencio Victoriano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonardo Maiz. Lorencio Victoriano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Topocho Ortiz in the 42nd minute of the match. Lorencio Victoriano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Topocho Ortiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the game, Eliseo Maier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 54th match minute, Los Porcina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Cristóbal Winter to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Leonardo Maiz put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lorencio Victoriano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Maiz in the 62nd minute of play forced Los Porcina's goalkeeper Lorencio Victoriano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Topocho Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lorencio Victoriano having to interfere. The audience held their breath when Eliseo Maier in the 90th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Balendín Zuloaga's left hand side. In the 96th minute, Topocho Ortiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gualleco FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
